Peak Sports Returns & Exchange Policy

At Peak Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review the policy below.


How to Log a Return or Exchange

To request a return, refund or size exchange, all customers must log their request online from their order page using our Returns & Collection button.

How it works

  • If you created an account at checkout:
    Log in and open your order - click the “Return” button - in black.

  • If you checked out as a guest:
    Use the link provided in your order confirmation email to view your order - then click the Return button.

Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive confirmation and we’ll arrange a collection. Using the online Return button ensures faster processing and courier scheduling.

1. Exchanges (Size Exchanges Only)

You may request an exchange for a different size of the same product, provided:

  • The size you need is available, and

  • The exchange is logged within 7 days of delivery.

If these conditions are met, we will:

  • Collect the original product from you, and

  • Deliver the replacement size at no additional charge.

Important: Price Differences

If you wish to exchange for a different product, colour or style, this will not be treated as a standard exchange.

In such cases:

  • Your original order will be refunded in full, and

  • You may place a new order for the desired product.

Peak Sports does not offer credits for price differences.


2. Refunds

If the size you need is not available, or if you prefer not to receive an exchange, we will:

  • Refund the full purchase price within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds are processed once the product has been inspected and validated.


3. Conditions for a Valid Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or size exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused and undamaged,

  • With all original labels and stickers attached, and

  • In its original, undamaged packaging, with all seals intact (where applicable).

Peak Sports reserves the right to inspect any returned product before approving a refund or exchange.


4. Time Frame

  • Returns and exchange requests must be logged within 7 days of delivery.

  • After 7 days, products may only be returned if they are defective.


5. Defective Products

If you believe a product is defective, please contact us immediately. Defective items will be evaluated according to the applicable consumer protection guidelines.
